Biography

An Executive Coach and Transitions Guidance Specialist, Charlie has worked in the manufacturing field since 1967.  First with Fortune 500 Companies, he built a technical and leaderships skills base that has served him well in working with smaller companies in both line and executive positions.

He put together a buyout and business plan that succeeded in righting a plastics manufacturing company that had suffered the death of one of the founders. Building upon the plan foundation, he brought the company through a successful turnaround, and subsequent leveraged buyout. As owner, and CEO, he continued to build the firm prior to its sale. Subsequent activities include Marketing, Investing, and Consulting, all of which resulted in personal and client growth and success.

Charlie coaches people who are looking to make the transition from their initial “ Tower Building ” phase of life, to the “Passing the Torch” Stage. Charlie has completed course work for Coach University 's Core Essentials Program, for professional coaches, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

He is on track to become a master certified coach, and works with one of the top certified mentor Coaches in the United States.

Charlie is a graduate of Cornell University, with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School 's Owner President Management Program, covering all phases of ownership and management issues, as well as the harvesting of a life's work in business.
